    Here is what so few people realise...
    NOT EVERYONE PLAYS THE SAME GAME FOR THE SAME REASONS

    (not angry making it noticable)

    I like the aether porting. It adds a bit of fantasy to the "unfantasy game"
    really why complain about aether teleporting when you can just walk.

    Also SE did say chocobo are more then just our mounts AND A BIT OF AN FYI AIRSHIPS AND CHOCOBO. do still take time. chocobo only was 10% faster then walking in ff11. And that game has a ton of ways to fast travel, no one in that game complains about it. They made the teleports for those who are casual but also to make is less time to travel to the camps.

    Guss none of ya played ff11 before all the quick teleports. it would take people 1hr to get to their party sometimes basing on where in vanadiel they are. And this wasted the party time. Even with a chocobo it still sucked. I've had cases of getting invites but "take to long" getting to the party and just as I was about to zone into the zone the group was only to be un invited.

    Why even complain when it would have been added sooner or later? ffxi got 1 chocobo 2 teleport for a whm (unless their on strike) 3 out post warp. warp from black mage (unless on strike) 4 warp scroll, 5warp club, 7teleport earings, 8gear with teleport/warping abilities.

    If you do not enjoy the aether porting. Just do not do it. But stop complaining and asking for it to be removed. Stop crying over how other peiople enjoy the game. Or play it. It kinda petty bs at this point.

    Some sort of nerf is due for Anima warps, but not complete removal or oddball restrictions.

    I personally think, as others have mentioned, that transportation is too convenient. I'm not quite sure I understand the need for either chocobos or airships considering just how easy it is. At this point, I think players have been spoiled and rely on anima too much. This is getting somewhat sidetracked, but there are players that will transport to Camp Black Brush from Ul'dah, which only takes a minute or two to run to. I'm not against completely removing the system and would much rather suggest, as others have said once again, to simply remove some of the aetherytes. If it were up to me, I would start by removing the ones from the dungeons, such as the ones in the Mun-Tuy Cellars, Nanawa Mines, and Mistbeard Cove.

    Concerning the leve system, I understand you need the aetherytes to activate them, so by removing them I mean being unable to teleport to them via the aetherytes located in the different camps.

    read what i said since you kinda need some food for thought

    once this game gets off the ground and people want to party more. You will need the fastest ways to get to the camps. The less time you need to travel the less time your group waits. Get it?

    Guy seriously start using them smart brains you keep claiming you have.

    no one wants to wait more then 15 min for a person to get to their group. The more time you wait less time people have to party. Like i said SE had to add a ton of teleporting in ffxi, since people want to fight more then wait. Having to wait 15min-1hr for the last 2 people for party is a drag, more so when people leave because of the wait. If you guys do not like porting do not use it. But do not cry if/when this game gets group focused leveling in parties killing mobs, and you keep getting replaced for taking to long.

    SE did good by thinking ahead and puttin the aether system. It can be imprived to be much more funner to use. But keeping it will be a good thing in the long run.
    No nerf needed. Stop draging everyone down because of you need to walk slow.

    Maybe, but teleportation still fits in since chocobos and airships = transportation to places that are no where near an aetheryte. Casual or not, there are always going to be places out of reach of normal crystal teleportation.

    Anima seems like a system that was made for the devs to bug-test the game but it was left in because it was the easy way out.

    Like, because you're playing a mage class?
    So please make Chocobos Lancer-only, because they are the most knightish of all classes.
    And of course airships unusable by Roegadyn (weight restrictions).
