Syrcus Tower (CT Raid 2) Bosses

There was model of cerberus, in gamefiles, long ago. So none of these art/posters, say much about what order they will appear in, or how many/tier.
Acheron is the only boss shown from Labyrith, so there might as well be 8 tiers.
I find it doubtful they will add multiple of these bosses into a single tier.

Well CT1 was 4 boss fights anyways. We'll have to see how they handle CT 2 once 2.3 is out anyways.

Acheron is the only endboss in CT1. The other bosses are just midbosses (they are not even on the poster).

Judging by what Yoshi P showed off the first "boss" might be another dragon unless that guy is a sub-room fight in CT2. It was a dragon with a bunch of Iron Giant adds etc.

As for which Kraken...I think it's pretty safe to say it'll be Ultros. The kraken, as described in the Norse tales, was a giant octopus NOT a squid (even though the creature the Norwegian sailors probably saw was a Giant Squid) so Ultros fits the description just fine.

It makes sense to have Xande as the final boss of this part of the tower as it would be a good place to finish things before Cloud of Darkness in the next part. Xande also fits into the allagan lore so encountering him will allow them to develop the CT story quite a bit too (not to mention hopefully reveal some more about what Dalamud was actually being used to power since CT was using the power drawn from Dalamud for something).

I'm mostly curious about CT3 at this point though. Will we face Nero again as a boss before the end of all this? And will we encounter the Warriors of Darkness? The latter is going to be particularly interesting as it'll potentially be a huge twist on FFXIV's story so far...

That or...

Nero will escape with the "Power greater than Ultima Weapon" to set the stage for a future event in the Main Storyline and a future Main Storyline Boss fight or Main Storyline Final Boss fight at the end of the CT storyline.

If that does happen then we know part of what to expect in the Expansion storyline.

Hmm this is very true. 2.3-2.9 are set to end 2.0's story and I assume 3.0's line will start to gain traction later on.

Well depends on how far 2.X will go.

At the end of Coil 1 it was mentioned there were only 2 coils remaining after Coil 1 and we have Coil 2 already which leaves the Coil Storyline ending in Coil 3.

If CT storyline ends with CT Raid 3 in 2.5 then most likely the expansion will be released after 2.5
