I think most of us are curious about this, and we'll probably get our answer before patch or on patch notes. If anything, I think it's safe to say that we can contact a GM to remove the member in extreme cases.

I can only imagine a house with a bunch of private rooms. I can get that you can have private room for a small FC with a population of 5-15. But what about a FC with a population of 50+ Not everyone will get a room even if they have 300k? Assuming there is a limit on how many personal room a certain house can hold.

Seems like a huge potential exploit, someone buys a room and they're immune from getting kicked from the FC. Can a CM ask the devs how this is going to be mitigated?

I'm pretty sure it's going to be like getting a room at the inn. Not an actual add on to the house, more like a portal to your own room.

And I'm thinking you need permission from the FC leader to purchase a room, maybe even have to have a rank in the FC and high rank in GC.

I spend my gil on a lot of stupid stuff and only get money through roulettes, and even I could pay that 300k ez.

That's one of the reasons I made my own personal FC and have leveled every bit of it by myself from day one and bought my own small house with no one elses help. I have my own house, garden, FC chest, actions to use when I see fit, and no FC drama to deal with.

I see no need to be in an FC in this game as long as linkshells exist.

This sums up what I did too. Was in a FC that was going nowhere and now have a medium house thats getting all the upgrades and what not. Thank the twelve for linkshells.

The only downside to this is that you'll lose your plot and house if you take even a small break from the game (35+ days). Otherwise I would do the same and purchase my own house.

I am actually puzzled about this. Will 300K be the price to buy a "Door-To-The-Room" furniture (basically a door you'll click on that will take you to the instanced room, much like the main door of any FC house), and then automatically grant access to person rooms to every FC member, or will EVERY SINGLE member have to pay 300K to the door to acquire their own room inside the FC house? I wouldn't mind a one-time purchase for the door, but if every character inside the Free Company has to pay 300K for their own room... That's pretty nuts.
