300k is hard to get? Just tank roulette for a month and you'll have 1 mil. Don't see how that's hard to get. Hell, I can make 100k easily selling Battledance III materias.

You can't quit or get kicked out a FC if you got a room. You must first get rid of the room.

300k gil is incredibly easy to get. Do your dailies, sell whatever your retainers grab you and done. I'm surprised it isn't more expensive. The tools to make the money are there. If you don't wanna use 'em that's not SE's fault.

300k for anyone that is lvl 50+ to get but what about new up and comers who would just like a little room.. so now SE is segregating the community by level and gil
how many other games give you free housing through quests etc but just charge you a nominal upkeep fee.?.. fine let the gil go back into the fc fund instead of SE limbo land then ..

If it helps, it's essentially a one-time purchase. 300k in this game is chump change to people that actually spend a bit of time trying to make the money. I don't even try for more than several minutes of play and I end up with 500k profit on average every few days. Again, just several minutes of play. Granted, that's because I put in the time to level crafts/gathering long ago, but I'm basically reaping the rewards for my efforts.
