Delay the Rogue/Ninja class till expansion.

This must be the only mmo where people complain about new content being added, all other MMos forums flood with "give new stuff now" with XIV it's "take away stuff now"

was me or yoshida says that they working on a Healer and tank class/job to the expansion? they didnt talk to much about because maybe:

1. They gonna show something more lately in E3, or...
2. They rush to create a class to show something in E3 to mitigate the petitons of player base and keep working in the other two class.

yoshida says too that the expansion is way long so 2.4 maybe come late in 2015, and show something more in E3 2015....

2.4 in late 2015? Can't see them going over a year without a content patch

OP - Your fear of having no tanks is very well founded.

Altough it's called an MMO - the % of peeps that are rude and bashing others, no matter the class, just bec they can, is astounding and repulsive.

That said.. There will be a bunch of Ninjas for sure (I for one will same my atma for it ^^) But Since My main is PLD (for now - SAM woot!) I will continue to help.. my FC and LS friends over DR and PF from others anyday.

For me a game is about fun. Fun soloing, fun with my GF, fun with my FC mates, and mates from other FCs that I enjoy with.

The trend (I can point SE for this ridiculous myth acquisitions) is to SR everything, not waiting for new players or old players that are less than good for them..

It's really not fun.

If you have no fun in a game.. what's the point?

So I am pretty sure I am not alone, that other Tanks are fed up with attitude, or even some Tanks will have attitude (sigh) it never ends.

If you are scared of missing a tank, come join us, it will be a pleasure to help and have fun ^^

*be warned we can have wipe, deaths and all the fluff that comes with it! Fun goes in many ways

The thing with the DF-Finder was my thought too. Oh how I'm gonna see you all screaming "I'M WAITING SINCE 4 HOURS FOR DF! FUUUUUCK YOU SQUARE ENIX!!!!!!" - maybe I'll join with my Paladin just to leave the dungeon right at the start so all your waiting will be meaningless, muhahaha.

Oh and I can see the revival of the FATE-lvl-Train. just 200 Rogues grinding FATEs, since they can't level else (because DF obviously won't work with that many Rogues and no Tanks and healers).

However: Tomorrow we get to see the Musketeer-Class and it will be, oh surprise, a Tank! That will help a bit to smooth it.

It wasn't the end of the world when ACN was released, and it probably won't be the end of the world next time, either. Slightly longer queues for a week or two, most likely, but groups will still happen and plenty of people will still queue for tank and healer roles in dungeons. Plenty of people will get Rogue to 50 within the first couple of days, and others will play it for a bit and decide they don't like it.
