That is interesting that a subsidiary Amazon site has a different date.Amazon.ca has the release date set for October 31, so it's an estimated date at this point. I'd like to say that I had Fable III pre ordered on the PC last year and the date was set for November 2010 for a long time, then February 2011 and it finally came out in May 2011.
And I am not trying to pass this off as a definitive date, but what caused them to change it from Dec 2020, to Oct 2011? Just random chance?



Because they are expecting the release to be around then. But it is never final until SE officially announces it. Amazon will keep adjusting the date accordingly. They do this all the time. It may be that SE sent them pictures and stuff about the release indicating that it will be soon.
Still there's a lot of room for push backs.
