I try to give advice, unsolicited or no, but I usually preface it with, "Hey X, I notice some things that you could improve - would you mind if I talked with you about them?".

As far as I am happy to see you are doing it right.. the other end of the spectrum these days kills the entire purpose of it.

Why you'd ask? You really have the time to type all of this? In these days where Speed Runs kills everything?

Unless you macro a universal sentence, then you type their name and click on that macro.

It's sooo saddening to see that some wants to help.. but no one has the time to listen, or worse - they just don't care.
