The topic title is "Please give archer dagger".

Being Archer main, i was rather upset that we would be using h2h, while i had a feeling we would not be getting ranged AA, i was hoping for a weapon of some kind like dagger.

In the end, if the system sucks, i'm sure enough people will rage and they will be forced to change since it seems like not a lot of people are fond of the current option in the JP section either.

Going by most peoples responces to h2h on archer. Even those that are argueing what-ifs about AA on bow, most people seem to agree its a stupid concept, both in lore and visually.

I hope many Archers rage over this poor decision, and ultimatly prove how bad an idea "1 weapon = 1 class" was when designing this game.

Seriously guys this discussion is already old. Let me give you the spoiler - there is no right/wrong answer.

Both lack of Ranged AA and Ranged AA can be implemented properly, and each have their pros and cons. Arguing over which is better is futile because that depends entirely on how SE implements it - the details.

I entered the conversation saying we should have ranged AA and you raged asking why we shouldn't be able to melee. I didn't even mention anything about not being able to melee. You're the one who misunderstood first and raged about it with AMGAH CAPS. I merely followed suit.

I was never responding to your ranged AA business (even though I have posted before in a different thread that I don't like ranged AA, I don't really care if they implement it or not as i'm honestly fine with either).

Both of us misunderstood each other and both of us made asses of ourselves, so I apologize for my half of the misunderstanding and douchebaggery. By the way I hate the LoL community, I just like the game.

1 weapon = 1 class is a retarded idea. Especially when you consider the fact that GLA, THM and CONJ are actually dual classes due to shield (which has its own offencive uses)

If you run out of arrows while fighting a mob and aren't carrying sufficient backup supplies, you deserve to lose.

I don't mind if Archer gets a close-range weapon, I'm not arguing against it. But seriously, lolammo should not be a valid excuse for making any combat-related decisions.

It refers to Jarvan as he has the best DEMACIA. I hate Garen and I actually don't play any Demacian champions in general. I just got done being destroyed by a Jarvan before signing up to the XIV forums and was uncreative with naming myself so I went with the first word that I could think of.

i think archer's auto attack should be a 2 finger eye poke, the only defense for this is a vertical palm block.

While we're at it.

Give GLA access to great sword.
Give MRD access to single handed axes and shield combos.
Give PUG kick attacks.
Make CNJ and THM melee attacks physical - Introduce hammers, and other classic FF mage weapons for them.
