What goes into the development and design of new equipment? What is the reason for releasing two sets of gear at ilvl cap and one set of gear per dungeon tier which are shared between different classes/jobs. Is this strictly a matter of funding and content priority? I would like to see more content of this type have a higher priority than new mounts, new minions, new emotes, new housing things. I love all of them, but I believe the community would like to see the priority skewed more in the other direction. Thanks for your answer!

Currently there are a handful of truly unique enemies in the game. Ash of Haukke Manor Hard Mode comes to mind. Are there plans to create new unique boss models for all new content? This would greatly improve immersion, and create some real excitement!
