Did you know that you can see another hallway area of Ul'dah if you look through the metal grate behind the summoning bell in the middle of the market? I think it's really cool that the cities we have can be expanded.

I'm hoping for Ala Mhigo sometime, out past Silver Bazaar.

we are getting Flying in 3.0 so might be a City in the clouds maybe?

also sometime later after 3.0, I think Yoshi will add swimming and we may get to see that under water city

Ala Mhigo is north east of The Black Shroud.

A city in the sky that is only accessible by Airship.


Oh and you have to fight Rocs and other sorts of bird monsters as well on the trip up.

My vision is kinda like in FFXI when you rode the boat and monsters would spawn on the deck. Now imagine flying through the sky like that and then having a giant city appear through the clouds.

If there is a land in the sky I would assume Midgarsormr would have rest/lived there. After all he came DOWN from the clouds to attack to Agrius and if Midgarsormr had lived at the Silvertear Lake people would have seen something that huge before.

A couple of neat places mentioned in 1.0: Floating Lakes of Voor Sian Siran and the Gardens of Xarakish.
