Unable to connect to NA/EU data centres

I love how some say it's not SE's fault. How is it that everything requiring Internet works, except for FFXIV.

Im glad someone pointed out that SE chose a very convenient <-- euphemism routing system (convenient for them), hence no response from SE yet.

edit: I don't have this problem. I just feel for all these people, could have been me too.

It might not be SE's fault, might be UPC going haywire, however UPC won't listen to us, if the problem does lie with UPC I hope SE will confront them with the problem and ask them solve us..... That would be nice....

same here. 90000 and 2002 error, since today.

Poland, same problem here. Yesterday was getting random 90000 errors followed by 2002 errors, but was still able to log in after a couple tries. Today I'm not able to connect at all. Odin server.

Setting up a proxy in the UK worked. latency is a little high, but connection is stable. UPC/NL here too.

Same lame issue as all of you… Started last night while I was trying to do Moogle EX, got some huge lagspikes (I'm talking about 10-30 sec screen freezes where I saw no damage being done but I could still walk around) which scared me because I never experience any real lag so I actually stepped out of the group and then a bit later came the actual 90k error tried to log back in and since then I'm stuck with the damn 2002 error not even letting me get to the character screen…

BTW.. just a word from a moderator would be nice, I know that this may not be their fault but at least knowing they know this issue exists and that they'll at least try to do something about / get more information to us about it would be even better. Not getting a single word of communication from them after this many replies is just bad customer support

5 min later after my edit to my last post I actually got into the game, now let's see how long this will take.. Will keep you updated.
