Think question you need to ask, and answer is: Why should they? There are numerous guides on the internet with rotations and strats. Good players became good by learning the strats, learning their abilities and rotation, yet many expect others to do things that they are perfectly capable of doing themselves. I've come across many players who don't even read the tooltip for their abilities when they get them. eg Foes requiem. some BRDs still think it reduces their damage like ballads.

They pay for the game to play the game. not to be stand in teachers for every random person who expects them to. Who in too many cases either ignore or throw insults back after.

Personally I'm happy to assist (assist, not carry). But I'm not everyone and don't expect everyone to conform to what you think they should be like.

But theres many tools for players to be proactive in helping themselves. PF to set up or join training parties. Join or set up an FC or an LS for people like you. And of course the internet resources.

Titan HM and Titan EX are a memory fight, learning and memorizing Titan's rotation. Learn that and you can dodge a lot faster when you know exactly when things are coming. Also for Weight of the land and Landslide there are Visual cues too. On WotL, he raises his hands to clap. on Landslide, he turns. Learn and memorize the pattern and it all becomes much easier.
