Why animus set up get less theorical int but more dps? It's actwally better SS instead if crit?
The amount of soldiery and sand is quite depressing for pre turn 9.
I refined Theoritical INT the best I could just now for each set with their own respective CRT and SSPD worth.
As for DPS, unless I know the exact numbers of how much 1 SSPD reduces GCD, I can only be as precise as 2 decimal places.
EDIT: Holy $*** I just figured out the exact value of GCD reduction vs SSPD. Thanks for prompting me to do the impossible. Update Inc..
Soldiery tomes are no the problem. It's the fighting 7 FC members over who getssands and oil of time. XD

Updated 'Spell Speed Chart' Page with actual value of GCD reduction for each Spell/Skill Speed Point.
WTB Commendations IRL ><
Took longer than I thought.. Got a bit tricky on the 7th decimal place :P
Now I can get DPS values to be 1000% times more accurate. Need more booze though brb.
EDIT: Done. DPS should be spot on now. Cheers.

Couple of questions if you will, Mr Strider. is 491 the 'optimal' spell speed then? I've been working on the principle that more spell speed is always a good thing. And given each increasae in spell speed gives a flat gcd reduction, I kinda would have expected that the higher the spell speed the more benefit you get from increasing it, cos it reduces your gcd by a greater percentage.
Also, the Crit > sspd > det rule, does it only hold true within a certain rage of crit/det/spspd/int/wep. dmg values? Basically I'm i94, just wondering whether I can treat that as a hard and fast rule from this point on for gear upgrades. It does seem like the difference either way would be marginal.
And I'm a little disappointed my GCD is going to increase. I was hoping new gear meant I'd end up with a turbo gcd. Ho hum.

@Mayonnegg - CRIT scales exponentially, so it will eventually overtakes SSPD at some point.
At the current damage output the game has to offer (~870 damage per cast), it would take ~190 SSPD for its INT worth to be equal to CRIT (0.2597 INT per point or 3.85 point of CRIT/SSPD = 1 INT).
Patch 2.2 offered quite a bit of CRIT boost, so SSPD is getting left behind a bit. This allows CRIT to overtake SSPD by a hair.
You can easily compare CRIT vs SSPD worth by looking at average damager per cast on 'INT vs DET vs CRIT' Page. For SSPD, you'd have to look at 'INT vs SSPD' Page.
Hope that helps.
Still dps is higher in SS build. So it's actwally better to go for SS?Updated 'Spell Speed Chart' Page with actual value of GCD reduction for each Spell/Skill Speed Point.
