[PC] FFXIV Launcher error

Every time I use the FFXIV Launcher now, I get the following pop-up error message:

A system error has occurred: -2146697211.
http:// frontier.ffxiv.com/arr_win/index.html?rc_lang=en-us&time=2014-04-24-14

It prompts me to click OK, then closes the launcher.

I have the same System Error after update my client with patch 2.25. (PC version)

Confirmed as bugged.

I'm able to get launcher start about 1/10 times and even that after waiting about 5 minutes or so...

If you get anything to display on launcher, just wait. Rest will appear eventually

They didnt know how to make an update. Why every time there is a patch we have to have this issues?

Unfortunately, this update doesn't contain that much, the materia thing is basically a 5 for 1 RNG exchange, the biggest update seems to be for PVP. I got hit with a 90k error, then the 2002 Lobby error, now I'm hearing the magic 'congestion' button's been hit, not happy SE, not happy at all.

Oh well I guess they changed something on PS3 system too because there is an update of 1.2 GB . On PS4 104 MB and PC 77 MB . I dont know why Ps3 is so big

Strange for Congestion to pop up such a random message. Lets hope they can get it fixed sometime soon
