PS3 error 11070-2140077934 Server is not responding.

I've had this happen many times post 2.2, But today it just isn't letting me get pass this screen. I've tried about 40 times this morning and still getting the same error. What do I need to do to fix this?

I am having the same error on PS3. If I click ok it takes me to the log in screen but the links do not show and the slideshow is blank. If I try to enter my password it goes blank.
