Too hard to get Atmas ╮（╯＿╰）╭

Five of the seven I own worked for me in two different ways, three on local time and two on gmt, so I'm quite confused. How is server time calculated?

server time is same as GMT

add +1 hour on it then follow the pattern by the timezone GMT+1 or server time+1

got 6 atmas like this in its hour

still it increase your chance but doesnt guarantee getting it
