Had a DRG the other day who outright refused to use Heavy Thrust.
When I offered him some advice (I was playing SCH at the time), he got aggressive and told me to "keep my useless advice to myself, and stop telling him how to do his job".

It matters to Dragoons too, but please, if you can avoid rotating a mob unnecessarily or making them run like crazy, please do so. I know there's some AoEs you're going to dodge and that's fine, but try and move back right afterwards, because it really matters to our damage output!
also: "why aren't you using arm of the destroyer"
because it takes at least 4-5 mobs to even match the damage I'd do with a single Bootshine to the back of the head of one of the mobs for like 3x the TP cost is why, I'm not going to use it when there's just two enemies.
Also: People that expect you to have every cross class skill available. Not everyone has had the time to grind them all out yet, and unless you're running like EX primals/binding coil you shouldn't really be expecting it.

Such a pet peeve XD if they're running in circles I try to run in the opposite direction/cut across the room & wait for them to run by. Doesn't usually work, shoulder tackle does but can't use it constantly .-.
When I'm the tank, DPS who weave their stun moves into their rotations for the extra damage when there are specific moves on the boss that I want to interrupt.
When I'm a DPS, tanks who don't interrupt things that are interruptible.

Dragoons that don't know how to use Jumps properly and die to mechanics every time they use em.

Pulling with Provoke in general is bad, but it has valid uses. Provoke is the farthest ranged skill a tank has. It can be used to pull an enemy out of a crowd (if it's wandering and not linked to the others) with significantly less risk of pulling the other enemies. It's also quite useful if the tank wants to get aggro, then kite the mob around the corner (usually to cluster ranged enemies that would otherwise be spread out). The long range allows the tank to pull sooner, so there's less time waiting for the mob to get pulled around the corner into position.
Great places to use Provoke for pulling are Haukke (Handmaidens) and AK (Succubus / Dullahan).
