Maybe make it where Fencer has access to only the En-spells but as a RDM it gets White/Black magic and a few unique abilities/traits?depends on the job specialization, some jobs wouldnt make sense if you didnt have multiple classes, like rdm. how are you going to specialize into a rdm if you only have cures or if you only have black magic. fencer to rdm, well wouldnt make sense, because then fencer would need a crap load of magical abilities.

I hope so too man, it looks like from the post we (the people who prefer a bestiary) didn't make our selves loud enough long enough. Yoshi says somthign to the effect that we have since quieted down. Baahhh! Maybe you should move your post to "General Post" that area seems to get 100x more hits then the othersI wish that is how it was, but I've come to terms that people want that information up-front and now. I'd rather it be something that was blank until we ourselves discovered what rank the mobs were by killing them or something to that extent...but what can you do?
Hopefully we still see a bestiary eventually, and they start to cut down on the spoon feeding us information and letting us earn something for a change..

I think all the "Fencer gets Red Mage" speculation is silly. Fencer isn't a class in the game. As far as I am aware, it isn't even referenced in the game. Arcanist at least gets a mention even though it's not a playable class.
Bards are traditionally wanderers, though FFXI's version of them was pretty much only as buffers. There's no music-themed class in the game, and of the classes that do exist the only one that has any sort of "wandering-ness" to it is Archer. The connection is, to put it lightly, extremely tenuous.
I think we all agree that Archer should unlock Musketeer. (Or "Ranger" but at that point you're just fishing for synonyms, so why not Hunter, Tracker, Sniper, Sharpshooter, etc?) Thematically, "guy who shoots things" leads into "guy who shoots things" quite neatly.
But this is all speculation. I guess this magazine is pretty reliable but so far I haven't seen any translations other than google botch jobs.
I swear sometimes this forum is as bad as those people on facebook who freak out over headlines from the Onion.

My name is a killing word.
(Seriously: "Caerith" was a forbidden name when I signed up on the forums.)
Eorzea should be a world, not a lobby.
If ARC does go into BRD them I'm sure it will be more along the lines of the Bard class in Dragon Age. Ranged class that buffs as well. No songs. No instruments. Or more along the lines of the Corsair in XI but w/o the roll system.
