Can you please look into the Emerald Bough also. I have been saving this item for a very, very long time. I recently purposefully used 25k seals in order to redeem this item however the transaction ran into an error.
It displays on the hand-in list just fine.

I am not waiting till next update, mail me the uniforms... promised them as a reward for being a loyal customer for 60days, where's this reward i was promised? It can not be hard to just send all 4 pieces to everyone who reaches 60 days as a apologie for this inconvenience.. or do it on a case by case bases. If you're telling me i'll have to wait 2 to 4 more months for a item i earned as a reward for paying for 2 months. That's unacceptable.

4 would be nice, but the reward is only 2, and unfortunately with gender locked items, if i ever fantasia sexchange i wont have the option of a black bikini, and my poor retainers have to settle for white and grey.

Yes you will have to wait. They aren't going to add more man power to something just will just require a simple fix. If you are that impatient for some vanity items, then maybe MMOs aren't for you.
