Need Endgame Help

So iv just recently reached lvl50 as a bard and looking to progress into endgame content im just wondering if anyone would be able to provide recommended ILvls for the hard mode dungeons and primals for instance i know copperbell and haukke hm are 48 ILvl but i dont think i should do that as i dont really want to go into these under armoured and let the party down.

Any advice is welcomed and appreciated.

Start out with wanderers palace and amdapor keep, I think they give darklight armor now (someone correct me if I'm wrong). Once you have a few pieces you can head into hard mode primals to try for their weapons and to work on your relic. At that point you can also try Crystal tower. I would recommend being at least ilvl 60 by then.

Yeah you're wrong. AK and WP still give the same ilvl 55 stuff, Haukke Hard, Copperbell Hard and Pharos are still ilvl 60. It's the 3 new 2.2 dungeons that drop DL.

Is it worth working for the dl gear or should i just try and pick up little bits that a better than i have well farming myths also my ilvl at min is 50 which is only 2 higher than rec for CB do you think i should bring it up more before starting the hm dungeons and primals.

Get yourself a pack of I70 armor, then start pushing to Primal Weapons and CT armor. Save up your mythology and get that I90 armor. You should be good as green, but you will need to move to a decent FC if you wish to pursue very advanced endgame.

You need some DL gears before you can try the HM primals for your relic (zenith), ilvl 55/ 60 gears can only take you so far, so I would say "yes" get as many DL as possible, since it is dungeon drops (freebies), also PF party leaders have tendency to exaggerate ilvl requirement for their party just to rule out the "bad players). so if your ilvl is too low, ou would not be able to get in any pre-made party.

Much of this is wrong. AK is 55 just the same as WP. Not all the hardmodes are the same either. HM Haukke and Copperbell, as well as Pharos Sirius are 60. The 3 new dungeons with 2.2, HM Brayflox and Halatali as well as Lost city of Amdapor are ilvl 70, including Darklight.

I stand corrected, you are quite correct, they just what i can remember on top of my head, i havent been in many dungeons since 2.1, I simply unlock and clear it, never really care what drops that it has to offer.

Honestly, if you just keep going with story and side story quests you should be completing the dungeons in a relatively painless fashion, progressively getting better as you go.

Your relic quest will provide you with a good smattering of equips and the like as well.

Don't worry too much about being undergeared as lots of overgeared players use Roulette. You have nothing to apologize for for being new, just say that you are and people should be polite and explain things.

Speaking of Roulette, you should do it daily for tomes and also to grab the equip that drops from it. That'll get you up to speed quickly. Make sure to complete all the dungeons necessary to run it though. Most are a cakewalk, but beware of Pharos/save it for last.

Make sure to pick up at least an i55 weapon like your grand company weapon, but if you have money to spare or it's not too expensive on your server the i70 crafted weapon will serve you well for a good long while until you can get your relic or something similar or better. I wouldn't stress about filling out your character entirely on dungeon drops. Take what you can get and save your myth to buy i90 gear which will be sufficient for everything up to the current new content.

Playing a BRD, you really lucked out, too. Their myth set is phenomenal stat-wise.
