Rather than have dozens of themed partitions, I wonder if it would be possible to just have a singular partition item which just took up the image of whatever wallpaper that floor was using.

This would be nice. It's mildly frustrating that even with the existing partition and wall sets the partitions don't quite match the walls if you're in a different neighbourhood than the set's default neighbourhood because the pillars, skirting board and moulding on the walls all stay to the default style of the house.

Hey I didn't read everything so sorry if someone has posted this.

I think there should be some kind of Housing Commendation system, Where we can vote on House's that we like the most. Could possibly get more players into Housing. Doesn't really have to be any rewards, But maybe could make it so if you get a certain amount of Commendation for your FC house you get some Company Points? Like 10 Votes give 1000 points, all the way up 500 votes maybe like 100k FC points (10,100,250,500). Could be FC Achievements. Of course no FC members can vote for their own place. Of course FC members cannot Vote for their own FC. To make sure there would be no Abuse like Leave FC and Vote and rejoin, make it so players cannot Vote on a Former FC, Also you can only Vote for a FC once.

IDK if it could be implemented but I think it would be pretty cool.

Another housing request from me.

Stronger lights for large ground lamps and the wall ones. I have a few rooms that are a bit dark. And I would love to make them brighter without having to remove partitions.

Strongly request 2nd floor or attic for S Houses because the outlook shows that there should be 2nd floor or attic, it is a disappeared area according to the outlook, mystery!

Otherwise, we should be able to change the root to a flat roof which we can stand on or put something on it. By doing this, the mystery vanished area issue could be resolved.

I'd like to be able to craft a stage, like a theater stage that is big enough to fit some furniture. Putting it together with like 10 tables hurts.

1. Please increase the item limit for FC Housing (Large), since the number of items able to be placed is disproportionate to the size of the house.
2. Please have a separate FC Chest set exclusively for House furnishings/floors/doors/windows/plants/etc. Similar to the requests for a Fishing Lure/Bait pouch for Fishermen.
3. Please allow access to the balcony. In one of your previous Live Letters, you created a video of the Large housing and it showed an accessible glowing ball for the interior balcony door. Why it wasn't there in the present is beyond me. Is this a bug?

I really like having the npc characters for the house but I originally thought it was going to be more. This led to this idea:

To create an addition to the free company house that a hired npc would inhabit and sell wares made by the free company for everyone else. I see this as being a stall outside but attached to the house in some way. Half of the money from the sold item would go to the company and the other half to the crafter who made it. This would help raise money for the company and give reason for people to see the other housing areas and interact with other companies while shopping and searching for deals. Plus it might increase the traffic in empty wards.

I plan on building an in-house crafting area for new crafters in our medium sized house but it would be nice to have an outlet for the goods other than the marketboard.

3) Snap-to-Half Grid
4) "Flip" Object (as like flipping in a mirror, especially good for L-shaped items)
5) Show Rotation Angle (e.g. 30deg., 60deg., & so forth)
6) Option to Move/Remove Side-Wall Supports
7) Better Centering on Side-Wall decorum (or allow us to move it)
8) A vertical grid-snap (as opposed to horizontal-only)
9) Increased Item Limit for Medium/Large Housing (equitable considering Small Houses get a free Basement)

I like the idea of having a shop at FC. FC's with shops inside could have signs outside displaying their status. Additionally the sellers should be able to list their wares on the global market and the buyer can be given an option to pay for the delivery of the item or go pick it up him/herself. I think this would satisfy both roleplayers and non-roleplayers.
Part of the tax paid on these sales or all of it should go to the FC.
And I also think that we should be able to limit to who we sell our wares on these retainers.
