yep yep I understood that part. but i looked at your post and i'm like what has that got anything to do with bis for 2.2 lol!Huh? What, Pretty much saying aim for Acc(if content needs it(>Vit>Parry>other.
Yes you might have got lucky over others obtaining bis pre-patch but it was a rng game. Then again I see your lodestone and your not equipped with bis either so not sure what your questioning? /luck

I aimed slightly higher on acc than you did, putting it at 488, which I expect to be somewhere around what t9 requires (t1 requires ~472 and t5 requires ~482 so it's probably just *barely* short of what t9 will require). Going with the Allagan Circlet instead of the Noct gave acc, which let me use the Noct Belt, which has Parry on it.
Honestly, there's not really much in the way of variability in the BiS for tanks since there's so few options with Parry on them. I have to wonder if this is the devs trying to tell the player base that Parry Rating isn't as important as we think it is. Following that thought, Parry and Acc might be similar insofar as there is a cap for a given piece of content. If it *were* like this, I would expect parry chance to be something like 20% and be reduced by a given amount for every point of Parry you have below the cap. It would be hard to test, but I wouldn't put it past the devs since it's actually a good way to prevent power creep. Crit would work the same way.
If it's anything to go by, I recorded a miss against Rafflesia (T6) at 489 accuracy. So I assume the minimum accuracy for T6 will be about 490 - 492.
updated front page
Kitru, You need at least 490 accuracy for T6, and it's bound to be higher later on.
Just obtained the high allagan headpiece... I must say its the ugliest piece of gear I've ever seen!

f acc as a main stat, some food out there will bring your acc way up.

I like my DET build personally
So since the Wave Battleaxe from Leviathan EX doesn't have ACC, what does a WAR do until he clears T9? Use Dual Haken or Allagan Axe forever. It must be nice being PLD and be able to use your Relic for progression content.
