No, the long maintenance was to fix the issue of ONE instance being overloaded. So if one is being used more than others it will allocate more to that particular dungeon. But if EVERYONE and their brother is doing things, like what normally happens on mondays, there's nothing that can be done.

Actually they changed the server infrastructure to accommodate the influx of PS4 players and personal housing.
