Except it can be assumed that the Oil/Sands drop in coil, and have a higher likelyhood of losing rolls since its a generic item for all classes. Not saying Whm is in a good spot, but SCH will have its own issues to deal with to get BiS done.

Try gear a SCH, everything that isn't crit is garbage. Levithan weapon, New relics, they all suck!
