Oh well the 200 instances wont be an issue. ill keep doing what i was doing and ill get double reward. I.e farming CM and AK as PLD for commendations.

Only CM will work. They require 200 FULL party instances. That means 8 people. AK is off the list.

Basically only stuff from coil and above (extremes and whatever) appear to be counting toward this achievement. Or if we're reading it wrong, it's a level 50+ duty with a full party anyway.

I think you guys are reading it wrong, it's all level 50 instances including those high levels, I'm sure they doing this so more tanks are queuing for the dungeons.

Doubtful. It's very explicit about it being "Full Party" and as anyone in the game knows you are only in a full party when you have 8 people. It does splash it across the screen each time you get that 8th member after all.
