I'd pay extra money for HD texture pack. There's lots of demand on this forum for that too but I don't see Yoshi talking about it. I'd rather pay extra money to push Yoshi in releasing the original texture and ensure that every new gears are updated to the same fidelity. That would make a much better microtransaction "cosmetic" option than nickle and diming us for retainers, haircuts, minions and mounts.

I would never pay something extra for something that should be there in the first place.

We'd all pay for this sadly. You have to give them time. It makes no sense right now to do a bunch of work on GFX. When DX11 rolls out and further then is the time. Let's just be glad they don't have to port to Xbox too. I feel they will do this eventually for free. The transparencies also need a bump in resolution but that will make things run worse as well. But when we get PS4 and the improved PC drivers from Nvidia/AMD it should be a no brainer. The PS3 can go die in a hole if its not playing Bluray or the like.
