Sure it's free and they don't have to give us anything, but think about it like a relationship. What of you're significant other got you a nice new watch, then some pretty new earrings the next month, then a new car the third month.

Skip to a year ahead to your one year anniversary and and youre all excited. Then you open it up your gift and it's a bag of m&ms. That's what this feels like to me.

SE fixed their oversight so it doesn't matter now. Forum community will always behave like a forum community so there's no way to fix that.

More people are willing to act out bad behavior because of anonymity.

Let the thread rest in peace! Everyone is happy! The only gripe people had was that Yoshi said the one-year reward would be "special." People argued that "Aetheryte Tickets" weren't exactly special when compared to everything else. Previous rewards were fantastic and the next reward is for 450 days (not 390.)

it's 360 and 450, the rewards have been quarterly since the first 3 months. most people will be fine if the next 450 set is a minion and some other non-perishable in-game vanity trinket.

Contributed, yes. Agree with your stance, probably not. If they did agree, they would have left rank 7 as is and added something else to rank 6. Taking the easiest route by lumping both ranks was an act of convenience for them. They wouldn't have made rank 6 the way it was if they didn't feel it appropriate. Everything is already roadmapped. Even the vet rewards are planned well in advance, just not announced.

Well, our stance was simply that the Rank 7 rewards was inappropriate from our stand point which the devs agree hence the change to incorporate Rank 8 rewards into Rank 7 as a compromise. If you thought our stance was focused solely on changing the aetheryte tickets and not on the Rank 7 rewards as a whole, then you've been misunderstanding us and our comments.

Never had we said that the 50 aetheryte ticket must be changed or replaced but simply that an Odin minion and 50 aetheryte ticket wasn't cutting it for us.

There is little need to continue this discussion as the devs have already spoken and the issue has already been resolved.

As recently mentioned on the Letter from the Producer LIVE XIII, Veteran Reward items for players subscribed for 360 days have been modified to include the items previously announced for rank 7. Now players who subscribe for 360 days will receive:

- Wind-up Odin minion
- Wind-up Warrior of Light minion
- Barding of Light
- Aetheryte Ticket (50)

(Just as a note by the way, we again removed the "Petition" in the thread title, as we do not specifically respond to calls for petitions as policy or practice, whathaveyou! )
