No. I deleted it myself.
I suddenly realized that yet another post on that topic might be unnecessary.

Not sure why so many people are in an uproar concerning this, most games do not level cap dungeons. If people want to have high levels run them through then so be it, it does not effect you in any way whatsoever. People need to get over themselves and stop trying to force their game play style on others.
It has been said many times how exactly it can affect people, you just need to read through the thread before saying that. Also, as you said, many MMOs (if not all) have this uncapped dungeon things, there are already too many MMOs that offers that and all of them are boring after a short while and content gets old fast. This game doesn't need new content that gets old a week after release. Not sure why so many people are in an uproar concerning this, most games do not level cap dungeons. I'm not saying I agree or disagree with you, I just wanted to point out that by saying people should just except the currently proposed dungeon system, you are, in fact, forcing a game play style on others. Not sure why so many people are in an uproar concerning this, most games do not level cap dungeons. its sad but true but people seem to enjoy the easy mode, at least they wish for it... then later on they cry about easy content that gets old so fast. Its useless to discuss that. The easy mode development of the past years is the main fail reason of most mmos due to content getting old and way too easy.... If the devs are that stupid and think ffxiv needs this, its their problem in the end. But SE speed is extremely slow, who wants to subscribe for an easy mode mmorpg that gets new content every year and then the content is beatable within a few weeks max...It has been said many times how exactly it can affect people, you just need to read through the thread before saying that. Just wand to add that :
It's a french rep post today in the same thread saying there would be no caps. he says that the party requirement of 4 or 8 players might be removed because of players comments. It really saddens me that they consider removing the party requirement because of complaining players and not see them adress this cap issue when clearly more players are in favor of it.Coucou ici !
actualy the complaint is fairly validJust wand to add that :

needing exactly 4 or 8 people was a problem and people should be able to choose to take less
There are countless meaningful arguments faovring a scaling cap. And yes the r30 dungeon can affect the whole game (since it can become "endgame" content accessible to both mid and high rank, plating as your favorite job in more than 50% of the content, an alternative to grind sp with friends in a level sync way, etc ... etc ... etc ... etc ...).
There are a few against I guess (call me biaised but I don't understand their logic tho).
Someone should start another clean thread compiling them in the 2 first posts since this thread is now unreadable.
Another thread on the same subject ? If it can counter the many useless whining threads, yes please.
The silent majority who doesn't whine chooses their battle. First the map redesign / sense of accomplishment, and now this.
It was prolly mentioned somehwere, but people don't realize (or wearing pink glasses) that in a MMORPG, rank 25 people will be left out of the r30 dungeons if they don't have a r50 job. Then, when they finally get to 50, their job might suck for the r30 dungeon so they'll be left out again.
Would you take the weakest players on your football team if you wanted to win ?
At least they could use a sub job or rank one up quickly to 30 if there was a scaling cap. Otherwise, the mid-game content has a high chance of failure as mid-game content.
Because everyone that plays the game posts on these forums? If I want to take on the dungeon with my R25 THM then great. If I prefer to blast through with my R50PGL or R45 ARC then thats my call. Of all the things to get spun up over this just blows my mind.Just wand to add that :
