YOU'RE DOING IT WRONG! You're supposed offend us with contradictions that provoke us into taunts so we can write blasphemy & abuse the English language.... Wait.. you do realize this a message board... Don't you?
People complain because there is no detail. Its all speculation.I have already done this, but I'll repeat once more for you.
Step 1: People complain about things they want to see in the game, for example a Job System or Dungeons.
Step 2: It is announced that Job System and Dungeons will be implemented.
Step 3: People complain that the same Job System and Dungeons they ASKED for are complete shit when they still haven't experienced it.
That is NOT fair to the producers. I never said ALL complaints are invalid. You are the pathogen who seems to only comprehend black and white, plain and simple.
Granted i'm not going to say that people wouldn't complain if we knew every last detail... but at least it would cut down on all the topics guessing what its going to be like, and people grabbing random bits of information and creating a panic.

Just the ones you disagree with. You opened this discussion with complaints about complaints about things that we have experienced, don't get all high and mighty about how you're only opposed to complaints about things we haven't.
Also, I'm allergic to aspartame, so no, I'm not opening that can of Diet Pepsi to try it first.
----------------------------
Interim solutions are for pansies.
Then people should complain about the lack of detail, like I did, not about new content on pure SPECULATION. That type of stuff only spreads fear and anger across all players. Players who are excited about the new content are even getting discouraged because of all the constant rage towards the stuff they haven't seen yet. The panic is spreading and I am just trying to calm it by asking the folks of our community to tone it down a notch.People complain because there is no detail. Its all speculation.

I still don't see a list of EVERY complaint in the world here. Discretion is the word. The trolls have rubbed off on you, I'm just trying to bring you back.Just the ones you disagree with. Agree with OP, but he/she contradicts himself/herself. If complaints ruin the game, complaining about AOE toggle ruins the game too. It does. AOE toggle doesnt need to go anywhere. Potency and/or MP penalties should be added for casting spells AOE or for each target hit with an AOE spell. No one thought of that right? And if someone did, only a small minority cared. people just want REMOVE REMOVE REMOVE, never ADD. Only because its faster. Too bad its completely un-original to just take stuff out and copy/paste. No one likes originality either
Macro interface needs to be improved so its easier to make macros, that is all. If the people complaining about it were already the shit at making spell macros like I am, there would be no complaints. But, the macro system can get confusing and annoying. If anything, people complained about the wrong things, or never balance the merits and demerits of the change if implemented.
But the devs and the producer just go by the majority. If enough people complain about it, and our good moderators push that forward, chances are its going to get changed or scheduled to be changed in the future. They aren't really even making the game they want anymore, they're making the game the players want.
And we cant complain about anything that hasn't even been implemented yet. its just pointless until we put it to action with our own hands.
*Oh, and yea, originality doesn't always equal better, blah blah heard it. But 'I' will always favor originality. I'd always be proud to put my name on something i created that no one else thought of.*

everyone should like this post so the devs can get their balls back. Thank you everyone in advance.Agree with OP, but he/she contradicts himself/herself. People did this, all the way back from the ffxi days. It got nothing accomplished. We're on here bored because reading posts is more fun than playing their game. So we have to do something and speculation comes from that. Then people should complain about the lack of detail, like I did, not about new content on pure SPECULATION. Or you can make a long post detailing a great system and if you're lucky... you'll get a "we'll look into that".

Coming from the opposite end of the spectrum, this is exactly what I mean, so I agree with you in other words. I just disagree that people need more information. SE has given them as much information they can to the point they are rushing out things that aren't ready to be shown yet, and it does no good.Step 1: People complain about things they want to see in the game, for example a Job System or Dungeons.
Step 2: It is announced that Job System and Dungeons will be implemented.
Step 3: People complain that the same Job System and Dungeons they ASKED for are complete shit when they still haven't experienced it.

Meanwhile, you have people who want to give feedback, but they don't bother coming here anymore.
There is nothing wrong with telling SE you disagree with them, but if you, a. Can't wait until you can see/understand the full picture, and b. Can't make your posts with respect to devs and other players, then your posts are counterproductive.
You can't ruin something that wasn't put together in the first place.
