Haven't recived the FC contest choker

Hi I was wondering if anyone knew who to contact in regards to winning the choker from the FC recruitment contest. I tried emailing support but they said they could not help me as it was 'outside the scope of the GM service'

We noticed that Pocchory had mistakenly listed our FC as one of our members names (Rou Rou) and not its actual name (Lusus Naturae) so our FC is wondering if this is why we have not received the choker yet. The prizes for the Free Company video recruitment have not been sent out yet.
We'll be sure and follow-up once they have begun to be sent.

The dates that deal with this contest are terrible... Results in Jan... nothing till mid Feb.

You people are impatient... I mean they have a lot of FC's that they need to sift through and then find the member who were part of the FC during that contest ect... Give them some time... At least they messaged you back stating that they haven't been sent out yet... The post started off with a simple question and then the troll's come in trying to bash everything...

Yeah we were more concerned we hadn't received them due to listing our FC with one of our member's names (like if they had searched for Rou Rou and not our actual FC's name).

I'm glad to hear that they haven't sent them out yet. I think it'd be much more of a pain if they had, and they ended up missing a ton of people.
