They did NOT say they were adding Viera. In fact, Yoshie specifically said that bunny men would be silly looking. They merely used the Viera as an example for mammalian type races, and that the new one would be along that line of hybrid human/animal.

Bunny men are NOT silly. Did someone stick Yoshie with a poison dart of American John Wayne thinking or are you making this "quote" up? If there is a will there is a way to get it done.

I'd lmao if it turns out that this is just a hyur with a goofy hood and everybody is going crazy over nothing. I haven't seen anything yet that says outright that she is from a new race, just wild speculation and an odd hood. Even if she is from a new race, people are going to be getting their hopes up so much that the reveal is going to disappoint so many people when it's not what they expected and I'm going to be watching the forums with a bowl of popcorn.

i think it blue mage the outfit looks like a blue mages and there is a hunt in grid next to the market are that deals with items of spoken tounge it is a shop but cant buy anything so that got me thinking that the blue mage has to buy spells instead of learning them from monsters like they did in ffxi this is my therory

After the Fuma set was released for MNK I just don't know what to think any more in terms of gear dictating jobs.

those "ears" dont look like bunny ears BY FAR, i thought bunny ears supposed to be right on top of the head, not waaay on the side like that....

Agreed. I'm not even sure there is anything inside (could just be the shape of the hat. Hume kids in FFXI had a similar one). If those were ears though I can see them having most resemblance with goats, rather than rabbits.
