For me, most of the time the queue fail because of dps and not tanks.... dps have long queue so they afk and do something else then miss the queue... i would say 80% of the time queue fail because if dps...

The thing is, afk DPS may cause queue to fail once or twice, maybe up to 5 times? While those kind of tanks cause queue to fail 10 or 20 times+
