Nope, I never use macro for crafting nor any of my battle classes (the only macro I use is communication macros). The guide says 347 craftmanship, 340 control and I tested over 15 times using the exact steps stipulated for 80 durability craft but I've always ended up with approximately 86-87% quality. Never 100%.

Taking into account in this observation is that, my Craftmanship and Control are both at 357. I have 380+ CP after using food so CP isn't an issue (Plus I have Comfort Zone, and I have all DoH at 50).

Fortunately the stated rotation always leave 10 durability behind which I used it for another Standard Touch to up Inner Quiet stacks so that Byregot's Blessing will bring it to 100% - but this means more CP will be required.

The new rotation I used last night (the additional step highlighted in bold - this is based on ZERO procs).

    - "Inner Quiet"
    - "Steady Hand II"

The rotation in the OP was never 100% with all NQ materials, just a very good chance for HQ. If you get a lucky "Good" proc on one/more of the touches, or you use a HQ material or two then you'll hit 100% but it's not guaranteed.

The lowest cost 100%-HQ-with-NQ-materials rotations I've found are these two - so you either need 347 Craftsmanship, 340 Control and 372 CP (for the first rotation) or 357 Craftsmanship, 343 Control and 348 CP for the second one. The second one is doable in mostly cross-class gear and you can even drop "Comfort Zone" if you eat food.

If you have all the crafting classes why aren't you using innovation at the end?

The rotation provided in the OP's signature works wonders.

OP's rotation were supposed to give you 100% HQ 80 dura 2 stars using all NQ mats. It always worked in the past.

Yes of course I could also use innovation and I have more than the min req stats. The purpose of me here is to check out with others, did anyone noticed that OP's rotations no longer work?

There are others who may not have as high stats and are relying on OP's rotations for HQ you see.

The rotation in the body of the OP (The "Skill Rotation for 80 Durability 2 Star Crafting" one listed halfway down the page) grants 2442/2921 Quality on a 233 Difficulty Synth with the listed 347 Craftsmanship 340 Control and 370 CP, assuming that you don't get any condition modifiers (Poor/Good/Excellent). That's a fair bit short of 100%, assuming that you start at 0 quality.

    Recipe level 55, Difficulty = 233, Maximum Quality = 2921

    @ Base Control = 340
    [Inner Quiet]
    Basic Touch 1 = 118
    Basic Touch 2 = 137
    Basic Touch 3 = 157
    Basic Touch 4 = 176
    Basic Touch 5 = 196
    Standard Touch 1 = 270
    [Great Strides]
    [Ingenuity]
    Byregot's Blessing = 1388
    = 2442 Quality Total

For an easier synth, the rotation may hit 100%. For a synth where you get at least one good condition, it may hit 100%; or if you use a HQ material or two, it may hit 100%; but it's never been 100% guaranteed with all NQ materials on the highest difficulty synths.

The rotation listed in the sig of the OP (credited to Dorin) is an early variant of Aphraell's rotation and is not 100% either but is very VERY close to 100% with NQ materials on all difficulty synths (the only way it can fail to hit 100% is if you get hit by a poor condition on the Standard Touch). Note that the later versions of that rotation require more CP (373) - this allows the casting of "Observe" to bypass the poor condition.

As mentioned in my previous post, you can use a few alternative rotations to have a guaranteed 100% HQ with NQ materials, but neither of the rotations in the OP have ever been 100%-with-NQ-materials on the highest difficulty synths. I was actually corrected on this very point a few pages earlier in this thread.

Really? That's a bummer because only until recently I've noticed that it doesn't seem to grant 100%.. after being a max DoH crafter for quite a few months D:

As alluded to above, the quality provided can vary greatly over the course of a synth even if you start at 0 quality (all NQ materials); sometimes you will get "good" conditions on your touches, sometimes you won't. The absolute worst case is that you get no good conditions at all, and get an "excellent" condition in exactly the wrong place (where your next action is a buff, followed by a vital touch action; and you can't delay that touch action by one turn to dodge the resulting "poor" condition)

The good news is that there are rotations that make allowances for this and have been designed to work with NO "good" conditions plus the ability to dodge and/or weather "poor" conditions - Aphraell's revised version is one such rotation (although technically not the most CP efficient) and I linked another two such rotations above.

Example synths with this 100% rotation (the one I currently use!):

    Recipe level 55, Difficulty = 233, Maximum Quality = 2921

    @ Base Control = 343
    [Inner Quiet]
    [Steady Hand II]
    Basic Touch 1 = 119
    Basic Touch 2 = 138
    Basic Touch 3 = 158
    Basic Touch 4 = 178
    Basic Touch 5 = 198
    [Manipulation]
    [Steady Hand II]
    Basic Touch 6 = 218
    [Ingenuity]
    Basic Touch 7 = 318
    [Great Strides]
    Byregot's Blessing = 1661
= 2988 Quality Total (No Conditions at all)

    @ Base Control = 343
    [Inner Quiet]
    [Steady Hand II] ['Excellent' Condition]
Basic Touch 1 = 59 [Undodgeable 'Poor' Condition]
    Basic Touch 2 = 138
    Basic Touch 3 = 158
    Basic Touch 4 = 178
    Basic Touch 5 = 198
    [Manipulation]
    [Steady Hand II]
    Basic Touch 6 = 218
    [Ingenuity]
    Basic Touch 7 = 318
    [Great Strides]
    Byregot's Blessing = 1661
= 2928 Quality Total (No 'Good' conditions, 'Poor' Condition on the first Touch)

    Thanks for the extra info

I didn't go into the details on the exact quality, but since the original by OP leaves an extra 10 durability, an innovation at the end would fix it for me (all NQ mats no procs)

    Comfort Zone
    Inner Quiet
    Steady Hand II
    Basic Touch x 5
    Manipulation
    Steady Hand
    Standard Touch

    Comfort Zone
    Inner Quiet
    Steady Hand II
    Basic Touch (118)
    Basic Touch (137)
    Basic Touch (157)
    Basic Touch (176)
    Basic Touch (196)
    Manipulation
    Steady Hand
    Standard Touch (270)
    Great Strides
    Innovation
    Ingenuity
    Byrgeot's Blessing (1694)
    Careful Synthesis II x 3
    = 2748 Quality for 359 CP

    I make that 2748 with 340 Control...?

The endgame i55 synths require 2646 quality, but i70 synths require 2921 Quality.
The above rotation is however more powerful than that of the OP, and should be able to HQ 100% One-Star gear but not Two-Star gear.

    - - - - - - - - -

If you want to refine that rotation further: Adding Innovation doesn't use up any Durability because it isn't a Touch or Synthesis action but a buff. You can drop Innovation and swap the single Standard Touch for two "Basic Touches" for a better return (though you'll need to swap Steady Hand to Steady Hand II to get them up to 100% hit chance)

    Comfort Zone
    Inner Quiet
    Steady Hand II
    Basic Touch (118)
    Basic Touch (137)
    Basic Touch (157)
    Basic Touch (176)
    Basic Touch (196)
    Manipulation
    Steady Hand II
    Basic Touch (216)
    Basic Touch (237)
    Ingenuity
    Great Strides
    Byrgeot's Blessing (1647)
    Careful Synthesis II x 3
    = 2884 Quality for 348 CP

(That's very nearly at the 2921 cutoff!)
Refining this further, by using a Basic Touch AND a Standard Touch:

    Comfort Zone
    Inner Quiet
    Steady Hand II
    Basic Touch (118)
    Basic Touch (137)
    Basic Touch (157)
    Basic Touch (176)
    Basic Touch (196)
    Manipulation
    Steady Hand II
    Basic Touch (216)
    Standard Touch (296)
    Ingenuity
    Great Strides
    Byrgeot's Blessing (1647)
    Careful Synthesis II x 3
    = 2943 Quality for 362 CP

That would surpass the 2921 cutoff and can be considered a "100% HQ" rotation providing that you don't get an Excellent condition on either of the "Steady Hand II"s (if an Excellent Condition lands on "Great Strides" then you can skip it and just use Byregot's Blessing right away)

In order to eliminate the possiblity of a rogue Excellent condition landing on a "Steady Hand II", we can either use Observe; or a low-cost buff like Innovation.

    Comfort Zone
    Inner Quiet
[Innovation possibility #1] - ONLY USE IF CONDITION IS EXCELLENT
    Steady Hand II
    Basic Touch x5
    Manipulation
[Innovation possibility #2] - ONLY USE IF CONDITION IS EXCELLENT
    Steady Hand II
    Basic Touch
[Use Basic Touch now if Innovation has been needed, use Standard Touch if it hasn't]
    Ingenuity
    Great Strides
    Byrgeot's Blessing (1647)
    Careful Synthesis II x 3
= (if innovation used) either 2981 or 2988 Quality for 366 CP

This is what most people would consider a "proper" 100% rotation.

The only way for it to fail to be 100% would be if you get TWO Excellent conditions in exactly the wrong places - one on both of your "Steady Hand IIs". You can remove any danger from this extremely remote possibility by increasing your control to 343 - this would give you enough of a buffer to safely weather an excellent condition on the First Steady Hand II, meaning that you only need to use Innovation if you get an excellent condition on the SECOND "Steady Hand II".

That last rotation actually isn't half bad and should be doable with 347 Craftmanship, 340 Control (or 343 if weathering that first Excellent!) and 366 CP; but it would require you to be aware of your condition modifiers and have considerably more cross-class skills available than listed in the OP.
