Thormarch unplayable since patch 2.16

This is happening to me too, also on PS3. I've done Thornmarch as a blm dozens of times with no problems. Now I don't even see the second and third moogles at all. I can see other people fighting empty space though.

Also, when I cast spells, I'll usually just stay in the position with my wand being held back. I won't see any meters, so I'll just spam F1, then about 10 seconds later half of my mp is gone, but i never saw a cast animation, or fire animation hitting the target.

Also, the sound cuts out constantly. Others PS3 players I just tried this with were having the same issues too, and we had to abandon. Please fix what you just broke SE.
