no, you can form an opinion which is what seems stands for. it does not mean anything is a fact and it can be proved otherwise. it is an opinion based off what has been done up til this point to make the game better.

1. nerfing nm's to be complete jokes.
2. destroying mid level crafting with these pre made gear drops from the r30 nm's
3. more server instability
4. releasing a players poll just to ignore its results.
5. adding new "jobs" that you will not rank up even though people are already getting most classes to cap.
6. side quests that are a waste of time and effort to do.

the game is going in reverse of where it was when it was released or at the very least staying even. this is where is seems to me as they are not any better. they may change my mind, but doesn't mean at this point that's not the opinion.
