I believe alike me his native langage isn't English.I just gave an attempt to garuda ex through pf as a monk, and b4 we go in I tell them we should kill spurana so that way I know exactly when wicked wheel is going to be coming.
To avoid it and by the time the 2nd one is going to be coming, she would be dead so I could be safely attacking chirada. A couple ppl say ok and we go in and all goes fine until said phase and im the only one to attack spurana, at that point the tank calls for a wipe and every1 jumps into the tornadoes and get themselves killed.
He then starts picking on me saying that I should have been going after chirada, so I just think he didn't hear me at the beginning, so I explain the strategy again after that.
He called me a noob and says that I should have no business doing garuda ex if I cant tell exactly when she going to do a wicked wheel, as if they have exact timing after slipstream.
Then he promptly left the group as everyone else did.
I dont think this stops someone from using capital letters to start a sentence, or periods to end one. Other languages have grammar to. No, what he is using is American Text talk. Its when lazy children dont bother with proper spelling, commas, periods or anything that makes reading easy.
And since when is it the monks job to tell the tanks and party how to do theirs? Tanks call the strat, dps dont. End of story.
Sorry to use you as an example.I dont think this stops someone from using capital letters to start a sentence, or periods to end one. Other languages have grammar to. I think you should all stop talking about spelling and proper grammar. You yourselves make a series of mistakes and have equally no right to attack him. For example "dont" is "don't" I hardly think messing up the second word in your sentence about proper grammar is an effective means to correct someone. secondly this topic is about their experience not grammar. If you are incapable of contributing perhaps you should not.
OP you got a bad group and that is unfortunate. The party finder itself presents a risk, and communication is often the most important part of a team. I can only encourage you to try again and hope for better results.
As an additional note, Tanks don't get magical strat and leading rights. In fact a tanks knowledge of an encounter is usually more limited then others. Things like killing adds never happen for him. Tanks are expected to know, because a bad tank can easily wipe the group. The strat is a group decision not a tanks. When an encounter is first done the ranged classes often develop the strat after repeated wipes due to their field of view. A tank does not develop strats, they are simply told or watch effective ones.

No. Get out of here with this.
The party leader and party must agree to a strat, especially in the case of a fight like Garuda where there are three perfectly viable strats. End of story.
