How is that any different from what we have now? People can gear up in DL "in a day" and tip up to 1-5 ready to gear up in Allagan.

It really seems like you're creating issues that aren't there just because you're concerned your achievements aren't going to last forever.

Saying that, have you even been in Coil? I don't see anything past CT armour on your character. That isn't me being the gear police but simply trying to understand where you're coming from.
