Makes sense so upon hitting 50 ill go for my higher end grand company gear to farm the other stuff..It's a term specific to the Binding Coil. It's not one dungeon, but rather several dungeons you work through. You start at Turn 1, and progress through to the current cap of Turn 5. Each turn can also only be done once a week (And if someone else in the party is further along than you this week, you'll instantly jump to their progress when you enter the dungeon. Depending on what you need, this can be good or bad).
Also, it was alluded to before, but most things in endgame don't have lockouts. Crystal Tower only allows you to win one piece per week, Binding Coil only allows you to do each turn once a week, and you can only get 450 Tomestones of Mythology a week, but all other endgame has no lockouts.
