Wow 116 tracks thats alot!

Does this include before meteor and as well tracks from 2.1 as well

They had to put it on a blu-ray audio disc to even fit the nearly 7 hours. Before meteor tracks have no possible way to fit on there without degrading the audio quality so if you wanted 1.0's music you'll need to order that separately. I do believe they said it included all the tracks from 2.0-2.1 though unless the translation is wrong.

Thats disappointing. But still I had no idea that 2.0 - 2.1 had that much tracks! I jusy keep hearing the same ones over amd over again.

If it's anything like Before Meteor you can load it up on your PS3 and if your PS3 is on the network, launch a file server through the disk. It's how I downloaded them, anyway.
