Chance of interrupting spells should be 35%, not 100%. Who else agrees? <3

I don't agree as a scholar ! I didn't like 2.15 change for scholar, cause we lose our own snare for kitting.

Whm has Holy, Repose, Fluid Aura and Regen, much easier to kite with this spell.
