Hilarious when a person in full i90 gear who has not killed twin yet says it's not holding them back....We have a user on the ps3 in our turn 5 group. We haven't beaten her yet (only two good afternoons at it so far), but we are on phase 3 and making progress. Our ps3 user has in no way hindered the progress. If it's about controllers then it's even more pointless. I off tank on PC using a controller, and both our healers use controller. (One on PC the others on PS3) Seems like people needlessly segregating to me.
I don't see how my ilvl is relevant to the conversation at all. Full iLvl can be obtained with nothing more than capping out my myth each week and one good ring drop from Garuda Extreme. It in absolutely no way reflects on my coil experience, expertise, or my team. As it stands we only got to Twin right before christmas and we just resumed fully in the new year this last week. We've spent all of 5-6 hours practicing on her so far, and at each gathering we've made significant progress. Out of all the attempts there wasn't any one person who ever stood out as the one who would wipe us consistently and this includes the ps3 users and controller users. We would fail because all 8 of us are new to the fight and we are just learning how to pass through the phases appropriately and how to handle the mechanics. What we need is more practice. The answer for us isn't to kick our ps3 player at all as you would seem to suggest. You're attempts to disparage me and my group reveal a thinly veiled cynicism and bias for console users.
P.S. I only hit iLvl 90 last night.
Having full i90 gear does not make Coil bosses die without practice. Esp when it is ONE PERSON!! I am assuming by your elitist remark that you know their entire team config and actual skill levels of the team enough to be able to figure out that that one ps3 user is the only reason they cannot down turn 5.
