Everyone knows how in MMO's there's always that ONE ITEM that we've wanted since basically forever right? For me that's the allagan chest...

Been farming Coil for months, super close to downing Twin, managed to hit average i90... and still no Allagan chest. I'm aware that af+1, which I have, is BiS but its just so pretty!

It feels like every time I log in there is another tank who's been in coil for like... a week and they seem to have it, lol. Heck there are alts in my FC from other raid groups tha that have it.

This is actually the same for me. Wanted it since the day I first saw it, knew it dropped on T1, knew it was possible to get... but constantly never saw it... until 2 weeks ago when it finally dropped for me! So don't give up, there is hope - just a very RNG based one.

I hate the way thinks work with coil. 90% of my gear is myth. What makes it worse is when something finally drops, someones alt gets it because I already have myth. There are people in my static who have alts with more allagan tank gear then me

It is smexy. I'm not even getting Myth Chest because Allagan is awesome and too many Myth Warriors around anyways (no offense to anyone). Just grabbing myth for other classes. This primal weapon has put me way over acc cap though.. so now I'm trying to get Allagan feet to make up for some of it.

Good luck Zoomie! Hope you get it next week. We've gotten, I think, literally one drop of each Fending piece in our group. I'm glad the other tank and I planned out Myth spending for optimal Coil drops, because it worked out well for each of us. Actually we haven't seen legs yet but.. meh, idc about that anymore.

We got some drg gear if anyone wants though.

I want the weapon just due to the rarity of it. At least I don't see very many of them on my server. Need to actually try to attempt Twintania someday...

I believe the heavy allagan bodyasorous has long been extinct... He has taken the allagan earring of fending and allagan ring of fending with him into the great beyond. I have yet to see these mythical legends residing in their "known" habitat of treasure chests in the coil of bahamut.

The only time I see them is when someone is walking around rev toll wearing their dead husks upon their boosum.

Welcome to the club. I've been looking for that chest since October and nothing. I'm in full AF+1 now so it's become more of a vanity piece now since I already have 480 acc.
