When you complain titan HM is hard, is like a walk in a park once you experienced titan ex. On such small platform, u have to dodge bomb, dodge 5 directions landslide, while dpsing 2 adds lol. Satan did the design i suppose.

Once you learned to dodge bombs, and etc, its very much manageable. The hardest part of this fight : required consistence performance and zero margin of error through the team of all the party. One guy mess up is wipe. one dps down is wipe, one tank down is wipe, one healer down is absolute wipe lol. Non recoverable condition if one of your team is "thrown out of plaform death"

the 1st thing i do everytime after dodging bombs is check whether all my party still alive.

Already 5 days working on this big guy, the best pull i get is downed till 5% HP on the 2nd superbomb. Which one dps is thrown out, and the rest is panic dpsing the superbomb, and miss a landweight lol

Rant about the difficulty but resolve to finish it eventually. We've all been there where things ingame can get too frustrating. Nothing wrong to let it out. Much better than those who rant, declare the situation as hopeless then tell Square Enix to fix things...

As a healer that has to deal which such issues, I got to say. NO just NO.

Not only is it a use of mana in a fight that over challenging to healers. It also takes healer focus away from the MT, whose life drops extremely fast like a rollercoster during final phrase. 2.36 seconds to cast a spell and then focus back to tank makes a huge difference in this crazy overly tuned crazy nut case fight.

As a DPS, if you are not supposed to take dmg then don't. In this healer intensive fight, you do not want to stress your healer more. Sure way to wipe ASAP.

I love how people, especially tanks and dps, always says learn the rotation then go eat unnecessary dmg. Well healers got rotations too. And I think it is bout time healers stick to them and heck any deviations caused by dps players.

We beat it, but can't consistently beat it.. It's so stupid, everyone can know the fight, dodge well, but 1 lag spike or dc and it's done. For some reason, those have also been extremely common last week. So many attempts with 10% left where we have someone outright DC. The fight is fine if everyone was on perfect connections, sadly, that's not the case. In an FC with 60 members, trying to get everyone through titan EX made me hate the fight. I literally know it by heart and still die due to lag sometimes or bugs.. if you dps too fast, phases skip in the middle and it throws everyone off. It just seems so poorly implemented. Like the landslide will appear and cancel, and titan will jump and begin next phase.

Hardest part about this fight is the lag, nothing else. What makes this so much worse than titan HM is that you could still beat titan HM with 5 people alive, in extreme, 1 down means game over without allagan weapons.

someone eating a bomb shouldn't be an issue honestly your tanks shouldn't drop dead that quickly and theres plenty of time to top someone off.
(btw coming from a healer who's slave driver leader makes him help people with this )

There's one time you really cannot eat a bomb and that's right before the heart dies. Unless your scholar has excess lustrates or your whm wants to waste a benediction on you, you're pretty much dead and you make the transition with the egis that much harder.
