Square should wait till the majority of the pvp players are full ilvl 70 before nearing classes to get a real idea on how much damage a Summoner is doing or at least match ilvl 70 teams against a ilvl 70 Summoner.

And you can prove this? Please tell us more about how you know how Yoshi P makes his decisions about game design.Once a Summoner faces other geared players ranked 30 with ilvl 70 gear Summoners damage drops of drastically Enkindle does around 880 criteria damage on average and Fester does 440 crit damage. Yoshi actually didn't test Summoner damage he basically listened to the under geared players complaining about Summoner damage in PvP in reality if they would gear up then the damage they received from a Summoner would be greatly reduced.
Do you really believe that ? You should know that in most other games pets can be killed and aren't as strong in stats as his summoner.Square should wait till the majority of the pvp players are full ilvl 70 before nearing classes to get a real idea on how much damage a Summoner is doing or at least match ilvl 70 teams against a ilvl 70 Summoner.
Currently that's one of many other flaws of the summoner in the pvp of FF XIV. The pet can't be really disposed off and deals too much damage.
You assume that you are smart enough to say that SE hasn't checked correctly their data and adjusts the arcanist and his 2 jobs just because
"Yoshi hates you o.O" like in the previous 2.1 content patch. ( Disposing of "Thunder" as possible Cross-Class-Skills )
Additionally you accused other classes like the bard and black mage to be even more overpowered with spreading wrong informations and lies.
Personally i think nobody can help you with your biased view of a hypocrite.
Well people used to say Bard rolfstomps on dps at endgame. Those were basically people doing ak runs saying that and SE listened.Once a Summoner faces other geared players ranked 30 with ilvl 70 gear Summoners damage drops of drastically Enkindle does around 880 criteria damage on average and Fester does 440 crit damage. If a Summoner is in a 3v1 situation then they can be killed before they have a chance to get set up which takes 7.5s. Teams that attack whoever and let a Summoner lay back and cast deserve to have there entire party killed in 10s. Square should not nerf Summoners just so players can play like garbage and get an easy win.
having played almost 2100 games as a smn for the majority of them, I disagree. SMN is easily the best PvP class by a large margin.
Before I purchased my full ilvl90 pvp set I was wear full ilvl70pvp minus the weapon (titans book) I was still doing consistently more damage on average then anyone else on the team, unless there was of coarse a second SMN. Now with the ilvl90 pvp set I can consistently do more damage then everyone on both teams win or loss and have 2 separate combos (Rouse>Spur>Enkindle+Wither>Atheric Burst or Energy Drain+3Dot Fester+Energy Drain), that generally will 1shot or burst someone to the point that they are nearly dead.
While at the same time I am easily able to bring sustained damage to most if not all of the team using well placed Bane's or just multidotting everyone in site. This damage would pressure the healer to heal multiple targets including themselves, usually requiring cooldowns, and soften up a target making it prime for burst.
No other DPS class brings that much versatility to the table, and this is before you consider they bring a pet which can act on its own (ifrit-egi on the heals? guarda-egi annoying that blm?) and an in combat resurrection every 60seconds, the best heavy in the game, one of two healing debuffs in the game which stack, a 20sec AOE Bind, Self Healing with both Physik and energy drain, 10% DMN reduction to any target attacking a specified target, A powerful Damage Debuff to a specific target, they are also the second most mobile DPS class in the game, so even if they can't freecast they can do respectable damage to their target with Ruin II>Energy Drain> Bio I>Miasma II
I played BRD shortly before switching over to SMN, and although I enjoyed BRD they just simply get outclassed in everyway by SMN. The same goes for every other class. That's why a double SMN comp is viable, cause there isn't much better to bring to any fight other then a second SMN. Sure they might not have hard CC like a blm, but that's pretty much the only thing they are missing. While I understand wanting to keep SE from over nerfing and destroying a fun class, I don't understand what your saying when u think they aren't bringing a bit too much to the table right now. SMN are the best Burst, the best Sustain, the best Interrupt, and the best Support. A few too many hats imo.
When to exspect that patch, since folks really start hating and trolling SE for that poor pvp and balancing.
The problem with ilvl 90 pvp Summoner's is a lot of players are still in there pve gear which has zero morale so they are doing this insane damage because they are going up against low ranked under geared teams. I'm still in my pve gear and my damage in pvp averages around 4,000 damage per match while a Summoner in ilvl 90 pvp gear will do 20,000 damage assuming they face a team in pve gear. Summoner's are't overpowered it's just some Summoner's are over geared.
Right now an ilvl 70 Paladin does 2.5x the damage I do as a Summoner does that mean the Paladin is overpowered no it just mean I'm not geared. It's to early for Square to know which class is overpowered yet they should wait until the majority of the pvp population is ranked 30 and ilvl 70 before nerfing classes otherwise a lot of people will never get into pvp.

Lets pvp (Expecting to be running around casting and doing awesome stuff)
Reality:
You sitting there with 40seconds worth of sleep on you watching your team die.
Ultimately you lose wasting your time.
Also what is up with rank 30's being matched with rank 1+'s? How is that remotely balanced?
