So... when will the vial of fantasia be obtainable in any other way?

I'm really tired of being a miqo'te and i think there should be a way to obtain those vials, not just by the subbing reward.

I wouldn't mind paying money for a vial, as long as i can racechange. Now the problem is, when will those things actually get added somewhere? All we've heard is there would be some service for it "soon". That "soon" is something we've been hearing for a couple of months already. So when are you actually going to add it somewhere?

Most likely when they introduce new race(s). Though if they put it as a recipe for ALC then the job wouldn't suck so bad. You can even make it take 9 of each of the rare philo mats since its so easy to get tomes in 2.1. NQ limited to gender change. HQ allows for full character/race customization (Fantasia).

The devs already confirmed they will add them to the mog station at some point, just don't know when.

I am glad thay will be adding it soon, but what's taking so long . it's not like its a new feature that needs to be implemented since it was available at launch.

The thing that is new about it is selling it. They have to set up the mog station to allow you to buy it and a mechanism to place them in your mailbox when you do buy them. So they need to develop a component for it as such is on hold for 2.1/2.2, best guess.

If it has been over ten days since you've last used the item, then you (apparently) can't get it back. A GM was very quick to inform me of this when I tried to get my Fantasia potion back twelve days after using it...

And 2 rare mats should only be obtainable with housing gardening. I hope the vial would be rare enough to be worth over 400k gil. Getting the vial and changing the character should be something special, not something ordinary.
Or with a repeatable questline , where you need to do every dungeon and guildhest in the right order and kill every hard primal and extreme primal once, with a 3 month lockout (can only do the quest once every 3 months). And everytime you repeat the quest again, an extra month get counted to the lockout.

I already used the first one (from the 1st month of subbing), I filed a ticket and they restored the first one I used. Though it's only a one time restoration, you might want to try it.

Nope, you can still restore it. Mine was used when I was still Kujata, and that was like 2 months ago. I just asked for a restoration a week ago, and it was granted.
