    Fight and Flight > Shield Lob > One > Scorn > Two > Spirits Within > Three. Repeat 1 2 3 spam and use scorn and spirits in between GCD.

    Highest hate generation i have found so far.

    as for defensive rotation

    1st friction rampart

    2nd friction foresight + convince ( dont know the name but 20% HP recovery increase CD )

    this is the usual defensive and can be recasted before the new sisters wave appear

    3rd friction ( very rare chance unless DPS slow ) 1st 3rd friction bulwark 2nd 3rd friction sentinel 3rd 3rd friction hallowed ground

    this happen in tornadoes phase if your party dps good enough u can down garuda after the 3rd wave of sisters

    easy teasy

    other than that the party leader who kicked u is a jerk

    how come i dont know rotations and wanna fight garuda EX?

    i find tanking Titan EX & HM way harder than garuda EX

    I partied with one that used Rage of Halone > Rage of Halone > Rage of Halone > Rage of Halone > Rage of Halone > Rage of Halone > Rage of Halone

    Never saw any other skills used.

    It usually resulted in my SCH tanking 2 of the 3 mobs we were fighting.
