First off no one gives a shit about the tank so they are free to wail on their target all day so as a result they do more damage in matches than their DPS teammates. You should also quit looking at PvP like it's supposed to be a 1v1 death match and think your class should be able to beat every other class you come across.

If you are a PLD you should be using cover to protect the healer/caster when they are getting focused so you can already do that.

Healers can remove sleep from you it's part of their job. Your team should get smelling salts so that the healer can never be slept for more than 7 seconds.

I'm a SMN so I won't talk about the raise thing. If you a SMN put all of their dots on you then you probably deserve to die anyways. If Miasma didn't exist then matches would take way too long.

If you are frustrated enough to make a rage post like this you should probably take a break from PvP and make up for your losing streak tomorrow.

Smelling Salts do not work in PVP. You could use Sleep Ward potions but people rarely do.

If you have a competent BLM the healer will be slept for 21+ seconds no matter what. The opening 30s Sleep will be purified but the BLM can Swiftcast Sleep forcing a 15s unbreakable sleep (barring teammates hitting him). With 2s left the BLM can begin casting Sleep again which will last another 7.5s.

Finding a competent BLM is easier said than done however.
