All of this definitely helps - in my group, no one was focusing down adds, and I suspect that had a lot to do with our success. Also, I didn't realize the Wounds debuff could be stunned.. if that is accurate, then the boss would be a breeze. The only time I absolutely could not keep up with healing was during a wounds/charge combo that left everyone below half health and debuffed.

The healing debuff can be interrupted and should be interrupted. Having this go off can easily cause a wipe for any healer.
Lustrate or Physick + Embrace is usually enough to top someone off if they get cursed. Even if everyone doesn't make it to the middle during her AoE curse, it should still be easy to remove from everyone. Just make sure you're single target healing and not spamming Succor... it's better to let one person get charmed than 2-3 people.
Also, don't let zombies bite your ankles; your first priority should always be to move to a safe distance.

Silence works on her to interrupt the healing debuff as well.

We found it is best to tank her in the center. She seems to always return there after she does her teleport + line AOE so the tank should always be in range to stun the debuff. I believe she will never aim her AOE where she pops or at the door so your members can run to either side if she doesn't appear in the center.

I really wish there was a better way to tell what side she was on because spinning the camera sucks and you might just miss seeing her and oops it is too late. Pretty sure she doesn't show up on the mini map either.

Or they could just give her teleports a set pattern, which I would prefer IMO. As it is now I am dreading this dungeon coming up in the roulette.

Just attempted this fight with my friends. I was getting lag spikes the whole time, but regardless I was still having problems keeping the team topped off. Especially after healing debuff was applied. She's tough but hopefully I can get to her again tomorrow.

I take back what I said before about this fight being too hard for SCHs to do. I just completed this fight an hour or two ago with a team that was basically brand new to the instance. I have figured out most of the fight out now and I'm thinking it might actually be easier for schs than WHMs due to lustrate.

Anyway, to beat this fight your DPS MUST be on the ball with taking down adds. It's the adds that crawl on the ground (can't for the life of me remember their names) that stun. Once you or the tank get stunned, it'll be impossible for the tank to interrupt her heal debuff skill and for you to get the siren's song debuff off your DPS. So tell them to get to those as soon as they spawn.

The Siren's Song debuff is a debuff that will control the team member it is cast on if not cleansed in time. The way to cleanse it is to heal that party member back to full life asap. You have about 10 seconds to do this from the moment they get the debuff. The moment their HP is full again, the debuff falls off and you're fine. The way I dealt with this was to keep aetherflow stacks up at all times for lustrate. I would then lustrate the team member with the Siren's song debuff ASAP to get it to fall off. As much as possible, I kept at least 2 stacks of aetherflow up at all times in case 1 lustrate wasn't enough to get the party member back up to full health. Try not to use your lustrates for anything else but emergency heals (someone's health is way way low and is about to die) or to take off the Siren's song debuff.

Periodically, she will disappear from the map. At this point she's either going to do one of two things. Spawn at the center of the map and do an AoE Siren's song on your party. Or she's going to jump to one edge of the map and do an ifrit HM like dash. Either are pretty easy to handle. For the AoE Siren's Song, just have your whole party run to the center of the map the moment you see her there. Stand under her and a pink... goo? cloud? something will appear around everywhere but the center of the map. If you're in that pink stuff, you're gonna get Siren's Song-ed. So try to get as much of you party in the center as possible because it's completely avoidable. If your whole party gets siren-ed, then good luck to you unless they're only taken damage from the song and they're near enough for an aoe heal. For the dash, just handle it the way you would handle an ifrit HM dash, pan your camera around, find her and get out of the way.

I haven't completely figured out what triggers the dash/ AoE Siren's Song yet but when my DPS and I camped in the center of the map, she ALWAYS did the dash. So I have a feeling that you can eliminate the AoE Siren Song mechanic by either placing fairy there or having someone trigger the dash then run away. Either mechanic is pretty easy to deal with though.

In retrospect, it's a pretty easy dungeon/ fight once you've figured out the mechanics and do exactly what you need to be doing. I'll definitely enjoy running this dungeon again.

So I just finished my first time through this fight, and ended up one-shotting the Siren. I actually thought that the first boss was WAY more like what people make out the last boss to be in Pharos Sirius. Anyways, three things came to mind during that fight:

    1) I'd kill for somebody to silence the AoE healing debuff.
    2) DAMNIT! STACK WHEN SHE IS IN CENTER! NOT! HARD!
    3) I'm SOOOOOOO happy I'm a WHM. SCH would be rather screwed for this fight.

...But after attempting Ultima's Bane with DF the last couple of days (MY MANA MY PRECIOUS MANA WHERE DID YOU GO), most things look extremely tame in comparison. I, as a WHM at least, did not find Siren that bad.

I've also noticed that people freak out over the last boss of HM Manor. I REALLY don't see why that's irritating to fight. Even when I'm a bit more liberal on healing on that fight, I still end up with around 1k mana at the end. I'm almost tempted to keep on running the instance because people are so happy to see the last boss successfully healed I walk away with 2-3 commendations...lol.

I did it both on my SCH and my WHM yesterday.
I don't think any of the two jobs have more issues. If anything I had less problems on my SCH (both runs I had noone interrupt Lunatic Voice).
It seems lustrate is not affected by the healing debuff. Makes it pretty OP

If you have Lunatic Voice go off just make sure you debuff the person that has Dreamy Voice as well, first.
Lunatic Voice has a red debuff icon with a white bonelike thingie and Dreamy Voice is the purple freaky face debuff icon iirc.

The Two things that make this fight much easier on the healer:
    Have someone interrupt Lunatic Voice
Make sure the dps kill the seargents first (the crawling zombies)

this fight was rough as healer. As long as healing debuff is stunned it's fairly easy. That move goes off though and it gets very hard to heal up for charm.
