I always queue for dungeons with my bf, we are both quite upset that we can't do duty roulette with the two of us and we can't participate in commendations .

Yeah, same. My fiance and I pretty much do everything together in the game - on our mains, at least. It's rather sad that we can't even participate in handing out commendations because of this.
