I was honestly surprised at Minfilia's 'sudden' growth when I saw her in the Beta. I can see being given a unique look but in 1.0 she had a normal Hyur's body and here she has a Highlander's body with a Midlander's build. Not sure if on purpose... well, of course on purpose, but if they needed a representative of the Bold Breast Guild they already had Merlwyb and she's not changed at all between the versions.

Besides, she may have a bit cup size, but chest is like, 34...maybe even 32. Overall weight of them may be lacking.

Chest size plays a part in determine cup size... It is under bust (chest) measurement, and around widest part of the bust. Difference in the two determine cup size
